Comment dire, un dimanche soir à Pau n’est pas le moment idéal pour trouver un restaurant ouvert La ruse comble ce manque, joli salle, terrasse agréable, le personnel est très compétent toujours de bon conseil et a toujours un mot sympa. La qualité des pintxos est indéniable et le mariage de toutes ces saveurs est une explosion pour les papilles !!!
